Serving Southern Ontario

The paperwork's done before you sit down.

The quotes, the renewals, the invoices, the same replies you type fifty times a season. Done overnight, ready for your staff to look over in the morning.

Nothing goes to a customer until one of your own people has read it and hit send. You spent twenty years earning their trust. We are not about to touch it.

Run by Matt Fuller. He runs Fuller Developments, a building company in Muskoka, and before that ran a digital marketing agency in Kitchener-Waterloo.

Sound familiar

Eleven months of paperwork in five.

The questions come in at nine at night in July. The renewals all fall due in the same three weeks, so you are at the desk writing the same letter over and over. A quote takes four days because one person has to sit and build every one by hand. Nothing is broken, exactly. It just all lands at once, every summer, and the only answer you have is to hire someone for the season and hope they come back next year. Meanwhile you are doing invoices at the kitchen table on a Sunday.

That is the part we take off your plate. The first call to talk it through is free.

Plain terms

What we do. What we don't.

What we do

  • Write up quotes and estimates from your own prices
  • Fill in the renewals with last year's details already there
  • Draft the reply to the questions you get asked fifty times a season
  • Read a supplier invoice, tag it to the right job, and enter it for you
  • Put the day's loose ends in one list every morning
  • Turn a phone call about a repair into a written work order

What we don't

  • We don't email your customers. One of your people reads it and hits send. Every time, no exceptions.
  • We don't touch payments. Nothing to do with money moving.
  • We don't do robots or machinery. This is office work, not the shop floor.
  • We don't make your staff learn a new program. The work shows up in the inbox they already use.
  • We don't replace the accounting program or booking system you already run. This works alongside what you've got.

Three steps

01

A phone call, free

Thirty minutes. Tell me the office job nobody wants to do. I will tell you straight whether it is worth doing anything about. You get a written summary within two days, whether you hire me or not.

02

A small paid trial

We measure how long one job actually takes you now, then build a working version so you can watch it run before you commit to anything bigger. The trial is $3,500 to $4,500, and it comes off the price of the build if you go ahead within sixty days.

03

Build it and keep it running

We build it properly, show your staff how it works in the inbox they already use, and stay on to keep it running. A short note each month so you can see it is earning its keep.

It starts with the free call. Book a time that suits you.

Who you'd be working with

Matt Fuller in a Fuller Developments shirt at a lakefront build site in Muskoka.

I run a real business. I built this to run it.

I run Fuller Developments, a self-performing general contractor and residential developer in Muskoka. Self-performing means we do the work ourselves. We build custom homes, we did the fourteen-unit townhome development at Deerhurst, and we handled the exterior remediation on Building 51 at Deerhurst Summit.

Before I got into building, I ran a digital marketing agency in Kitchener-Waterloo. Software and systems are not new to me. When the office work at Fuller started eating my weekends, I built something to handle my own supplier invoices, my progress billing, and my quote follow-ups. It has been running my construction company every day since, and it gave me back most of a day a week. I am not a software company that read about your business in a report. I run one with the same paperwork, and I fixed it for myself first.

I am taking on a small number of businesses I can look after properly. Because you would be among the first, the price reflects that, in exchange for letting me publish what it did for you. And I am in Dwight. I will drive to your yard. Everyone else you will only ever meet on a video call.

If that sounds like a fair way to start, book a time.
